Every Lucky Scoop is a blind mystery: 20+ handpicked items, packed by value and weight, and the retail value always comes out above what you paid. Because you can't pick the contents, and neither can I, the surprise is the whole point.

change of mind or 'I didn't love my pull'

Since the Scoops are a blind mystery, I can't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds just because the specific random items weren't your taste. That's standard for surprise boxes and it's the one thing I can't bend. I know that's not always the answer you want, and I'm sorry if a pull wasn't your vibe. when it's a real problem, I get a human on it

Some things are NOT a preference situation, they're a genuine problem, and those get handled by a real person on my team, not brushed off:

  • Damaged or broken items: tell me within 2 days of delivery and send a clear photo, and I'll pass it straight to a human to review.
  • A box that genuinely arrived with far fewer than the 20+ items: that's not how we pack, so flag it and I'll escalate it.
  • Order never arrived, or tracking says delivered but it's not in your hands: send me a note and I'll get a human to review the delivery claim and decide the next step.

For any of these, I don't decide the outcome myself and I won't promise you a specific result on the spot. What I will do is get it in front of a real person quickly with all your order details noted, so it actually moves.

where your order ships from

No secrets here: we ship worldwide from our overseas fulfillment hub, so transit usually takes about 7-14 business days once your parcel leaves the warehouse, plus any customs time in your country. Tracking updates once it's on its way.

the TikTok Packing Video add-on

If you paid for the Packing Video, it's filmed around the time your order gets scooped and packed, and it's sent to your email inbox when it's finalized. If it's taking too long or hasn't shown up, don't just sit on it, message me and I'll get a human to look into it.
