Why your statement shows Skupsy with "Varna Bg"
That charge is us. On your statement it can show up as Skupsy with "Varna Bg," sometimes with an "Sp" prefix. That is just our merchant billing name, not a shipping label and not a sign of fraud.
How long your scoop takes to arrive
We ship worldwide from our overseas fulfillment hub, so here's the real timeline:
- Hand-scooping and processing: 3 to 7 business days
- Shipping and transit: 7 to 14 business days
Customs or local carriers can add a few extra days that are outside our control, and your tracking updates once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
"I don't recognize this charge" or "I never got a confirmation email"
The charge is real. If no confirmation email landed, it sometimes went to a different email used at checkout or slipped into spam. Send us the billing name, the date, and the amount, and a real person on our team will look it up and sort it out with you.
"Someone used my card without permission"
It happens, especially with a kiddo who got a little too excited. Reach out as fast as you can. If the order has not shipped yet, we can place a hold so it does not go out, and a real teammate will review the charge with you. Please send the order number and the email used at checkout.
