Shipping is free on every order over $79. If your order is under that, a standard shipping rate shows up at checkout before you pay. Bundling a few scoops is the easy way to cross the free-shipping line, and 3+ scoops also unlock better odds at the rare tiers ✨
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide from my overseas fulfillment hub. Every order is processed in about 3 to 7 business days, then transit usually runs 7 to 14 business days, so figure about 2 to 4 weeks total. Real talk: we are running a bit behind right now, so some orders are taking longer than that, and international orders can add a few extra days once the parcel reaches your country because of local carriers, customs, and logistics. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Maybe, and I want to be upfront about it 💕 Because orders ship internationally, any customs duties or import fees are set by your own country's government. That makes them the buyer's responsibility, and they are not included in your Skupsy total. I do not charge these fees and I cannot predict the exact amount, since every country sets its own rules.
Where does my order ship from?
My kawaii goodies ship from my overseas fulfillment hub, so your tracking might show the parcel moving through another country before it reaches you. That is completely normal and it is just part of getting all the cute stuff to your door.
