How to track your order (and what your tracking means)

how to track your order 🎀

hi, it's Emma 💖 if you're refreshing your tracking page every five minutes, I get it, I do the exact same thing with my own orders. this one is all about what your tracking statuses mean and how to follow your scoop from my hands to your door. for the full breakdown of how long each stage takes, check my "How long does shipping take" article.

when does tracking start?

your tracking number is created when I generate your shipping label, but it doesn't actually start moving until the parcel leaves my warehouse. so if you just got your number and it says "label created," that's normal, give it a little time before you worry.

where your scoop ships from

I ship worldwide from my overseas fulfillment partner, so your tracking routes through international carriers before it reaches you. that's why you might see it pass through another country first. customs or your local post can add a few extra days on your end, and that part is honestly out of my hands.

what your statuses mean

  • label created / processing: your label exists, the carrier just hasn't scanned it yet. normal for the first little while.
  • in transit: it's moving 👀 you'll see it hop between hubs, sometimes through another country first.
  • out for delivery: almost there.
  • delivered: the carrier scanned it as dropped off at your address.

it's been a while and nothing's moving

if your tracking is stuck with no scan past the processing window and the first few days of transit, please don't just sit and worry. reply to me with your order number, I'll pull up exactly where it's at, and if it needs a real investigation I'll get a human on my team on it. no stalling, promise.

it says delivered but I never got it

first, I'm so sorry, that's the worst 🎀 check with anyone at your address and your local delivery office, since packages sometimes get tucked away. if it's still missing, tell me and I'll hand it to a human on my team to open an investigation with the carrier and follow up with you directly.

customs and import fees

any customs duties or import fees are set by your own country's government, so those are the buyer's responsibility and not something I charge on my end.
